All payments made to Inity Pro are final and non-refundable, in accordance with U.S. and South African law, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection statutes. - Annual Subscriptions and Discounts:
Payments for annual subscriptions, including any associated discounts, are non-refundable under any circumstances. By making an annual payment, you agree to commit to the full term of the subscription. - No Refunds for Services Rendered:
Due to the nature of our services, refunds will not be provided once a payment has been processed. This policy ensures the sustainability of our operations and the availability of our resources for clients.
5. Right to Terminate Relationship
Inity Pro reserves the right to terminate any client relationship at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances where continuing the relationship would conflict with our moral or ethical standards. In such cases, written notice will be provided, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

You agree not to:
